  • Construction Manager

    As the Construction Manager at Steed Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of commercial concrete projects.   • Concrete Finisher

  • Concrete Carpenter

    As a Concrete Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing formwork for pouring concrete structures. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping various concrete projects, including foundations, sidewalks, and walls.

  • Concrete Carpenter Foreman

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring crew members, monitoring work quality, maintaining safety standards, and facilitating effective communication among team members and management.

  • Foreman

    Foreman will work to ensure the productivity of daily operations. They work closely with the Superintendent for deadlines, specific tasks, and safety protocols to enforce among workers. A Foreman’s job is to direct an onsite crew of workers using trade skills/experience to participate in the construction process. 

  • Tradesman

    Tradesmen undertake a range of jobs including building wood or metal framed structures, assembling concrete forms/shoring, concrete finisher, concrete form setter and rodbuster/ironworker. 

  • Lead Tradesman

    With minimal supervision a Lead Tradesman can undertake a range of jobs including installing doors and windows, stairs, building wood or metal framed structures, assembling concrete forms/shoring, concrete finisher, form setter and rodbuster/ironworker. A Lead Tradesman is directly below a Foreman. A Lead Tradesman helps the Foreman set the pace, delegate tasks when needed, enforce safety procedures and complete difficult tasks that require their carpentry skills.

  • Superintendent

    Superintendents manage building projects and supervise foremen the day-to-day activities involved with a construction project. Superintendents manage the overall construction project demands, delegating tasks, and create the project schedule with the Project Manager. They observe all activities on a construction site and maintain a Daily Report that explains what was accomplished.
